On Monday evening we plan to have a meeting for all parents during juvenile training in advance of games starting at the end of May.
For this week only to facilitate this meeting, training will take place from 7pm to 8:30pm for all age groups - primary and secondary school children.
The parents meeting will take place from 7:15 until 8:15 in the upstairs function room.
We need all parents to attend to discuss upcoming season and put volunteer supports in place to ensure we have resources to assist with managing all juvenile fixtures for the season.
We need to appoint a parent from each age group to manage the relevant groups and help organise kids for their games.
It is essential parents volunteer and get involved or we will not be able to field teams this season. Coaches are there to coach but cannot also manage 9 youth teams across the various age & gender groups.
Please get involved and help the club, ensuring a future for your kids.
