The excitement is building around the club with the season for our senior teams fast approaching. Our overseas-pro for 2019, Yassar Cook, has arrived and our 1st team lads are preparing for their first game of the season, this Saturday, away to Malahide.
Jonathan Andrews is the man at the helm this year, and he has given his thoughts on the forthcoming season:
"From a 1st team prospective I think we are all looking forward to getting the season started and there has been a very good vibe during pre-season so far. We got so close last season to silverware and I can tell the lads want to go a step further this year.
We have a lot of young talent and I’m hoping these lads can showcase their talents on the big stage this season. I would also like to welcome Yassar Cook, our overseas player, and Dhram Singh to the club.
Best of luck to all the teams within the Club this year and hopefully it’s a very successful season for everyone and we can bring home some silverware this season."
